We hereby submit an application for Corporate Membership of the Institute of Sheet Metal Engineering and undertake that, in the event of our being admitted a Member of the Institute, we will abide by the terms of the Memorandum and Articles of Association as in force from time to time, and with any Bye-law properly formulated in accordance with the Articles of Association.
